Check-in was flexible, staff was VERY FRENDLY. Queen room had upgrades, it was air conditioned and atmospheric. Lots of delightful food for continental breakfast.

Great value, it was exceptionally clean. I loved that hotel had awesome staff and amenities. Professionalism from the whole staff. Quiet bedroom and luxury bathroom. Conveniently based in a perfect area.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

Would recommend this accommodation. King suite had everything we needed. Just a 10-minute stroll to the centre. Breakfast had something for everyone - fresh fruit, yoghourt, breads and hardboiled eggs.

Staff and location here were terrific. The breakfast had plenty of options and included cereal, hardboiled eggs, fruit and granola. Best base for exploring Banff.

a queen size bed was a bonus. location, walking distance to all attractions. it is next to the airport.
